some general suggestions for managing mouth ulcers: Oral Hygiene: Maintain good oral hygiene by gently brushing your teeth and tongue. Use a soft-bristle toothbrush to avoid irritation. Rinsing: Rinse your mouth with warm salt water or an antimicrobial mouthwash. This can help reduce bacteria and promote healing. Avoid Irritants: Avoid spicy, hot, acidic, and crunchy foods that can worsen the pain. Also, avoid foods and drinks that are too hot or too cold. Topical Treatments: Over-the-counter topical creams or gels containing benzocaine or numbing agents can provide temporary relief from pain. Avoid Trauma: Try to avoid biting your cheeks or lips, as this can worsen the ulcers. Also, avoid using tobacco products. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration, which can worsen mouth ulcers. Pain Relief: Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help manage the pain. Avoid Stress: Stress can exacerbate mouth ulcers, so practice stress-reduction techniques like deep breathing or meditation. If your mouth ulcers persist for more than a week or are accompanied by other symptoms such as high fever, difficulty swallowing, or excessive pain, it's recommended to consult a healthcare professional or a dentist. They can provide a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment based on your individual condition.

Apply oral ulcer gel,Leave it for 15-20 minutes. After that rinse with normal water. Do not swallow. If it not heals in 3-5 days, do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as required).

If the ulcer doesn’t heal over a week’s time plz show it to a dentist. However this seems to be some kind of burn. Apply Dologel over the affected area 10 mins before eating. It should heal on its own. Don’t try to touch the ulcer with bare hands.

Hi, This looks like a traumatic ulcer. Avoid hot and spicy food till the ulcer does not heal. It will heal on its own. Visit a dentist if it does not heal in a weeks time. Apply Quadrajel Ointment 4 times a day and leave it on for 20 minutes, for 5 days.
