Crocin 650 and crocin pain relief both have paracetamol as a main drug in it but crocin pain relief also has caffeine in it which basically multiplies the function. If you have mild headache you can take crocin 650 unless advised anything else. In case you have any medical conditions do mention it in the chatbox as paracetamol is contraindicated in some medical conditions
