Migraine after workout

I did more intensity workout three days back . From them I'm experiencing pain in left part of head . I had rizact 5 mg for three days but still I'm waking up with pain in my head . Long back my doc prescribed overan injection when I have similar problem . Can I have the same ? Or please help me what I can do or have to reduce this pain

Do you have history of recurrent headache? Head ache could be of -migraine , tension headache or cluster headache If you are having episodes of recurrent headache diagnosed as migraine,it may have been triggered by the work out. At the same time you can't neglect the headache
