Please suggest best medicine for toothache as I am having pain in my front two teeth. Please suggest

Visit a dentist and take his or her opinion. Just by taking over the counter medicines won't help for long. Painkillers can give you comfort for time being but for long term relief you need to get the root cause treated.

Welcome to Practo. I understand you are in pain. But taking a painkiller from the Pharmacy without addressing your tooth problem is not the right way. I suggest you make a dental visit and at least be informed about why the tooth is hurting and then take the medicines prescribed by your dentist.

tab ketrol Dt take one tablet and dilute it in a glass of water and drink you will be releived with the pain

Please visit your dentist asap because pooping a painkiller is not the right answer. We need to be clear about the reason then plan.
