Lumbar spondylosis & DDD in neck

I have diagnosed With Lumbar Spondylosis. I have pain in my genital parts like testicles, penis, rectum and pelvic area. I have pain in my both legs and hands some times. But genital area pain is more uncomfortable. I also have Degenerative disc disease in neck... I Don't know is it the reason that i have some neck pain and headache and some times pain also occurs in face and forehead. Is excercise can bring my normal life again? Please help.

Spondylosis at the age of 25. Please share the MRI film ,so,that we can know if there is any nerve compression. Please consult a Rehab physician or Orthopedician to  correlate between the clinical and MRI findings.

First of all need to see you MRI film for next update. I think you start Lumber traction at flat leg for 20 minutes static and intermittent. Start some stretching of thighs and hips and extention exercises of hip with little bit of flexion of leg,

Yes this will take some time but with specific exercises like spinal extension exercises you will feel much better, also focus on your nutrition which is very important when you have multiple problems

Don't worry about yours problem it will solved with time take complete bed rest and proper medicine as per prescribed by your orthopaedic surgeon... Do gentle bed exercise if your doctor allow you.
