Lower back pain for over 3 months

I have pain over 3 months and I have also visited a orthopedist and he said it is normal and might be some sort of growing stretch pain and also suggested mysopas med ,how ever the pain reduced but now it came back to same ,I have no problem in any movement but when I lie down on my chest and stretch my chest back ,my lower back pains .please suggest what can I do ,home remedies will also work.

Physiotherapy should help you. You may take paracetamol  for pain.

At your age, low back ache can be a symptom of Ankylosing Spondylitis (arthritis of spine). If your back pain is worse after rest or associated with stiffness, you should consult a Rheumatologist (arthritis and autoimmune disease specialist) at the earliest.
