Kindly app some supplement as only sitting in sunlight will not help and focus on calcium sources also to increase the absorption rate

You have to take Vitamin D supplements if your levels are low. Sitting in the sun will not help right now. Please consult a physician or you can contact me directly for the dosages after sharing your reports.

First visit Physician. Take the advisory supplements to optimise the levels. Then maintain it through diet like mushrooms, milk & milk products & morning sunshine etc. Do Physical activity for 40 - 50 min everyday.

Consult a physician for supplements if levels are insufficient, let me know your food consumption pattern based on which I can suggest a customized diet plan to correct deficiencies,
