As u didn't mention about clinical condition of the patients and based on lab report which show only mild fall in platelets doesn't sufficient for a physician to comment on management of patient, it may be mild viral infection that resolve spontaneously.

Platelets Count 131,000 is only slightly below the normal Threshold and doesn't typically pose an immediate danger for Severe ,Spontaneou bleeding which usually happens when platelets Count drops below 50,000 or 20,000.

Low platelets may occur with a recent infection, dengue/malaria, medicines, nutritional deficiency or even lab variation; the cause needs the complete CBC and examination. Please share the platelet count, haemoglobin, WBC count and peripheral smear. Seek urgent care for bleeding, black stools, severe headache or a rapidly falling count. Patient needs further evaluation but based on above tests
Patient needs to repeat the CBC again because some labs do show slightly low values of Platelets . If cell count still remains slight low then it could possibly be recent viral infection. Blood smear should be done. TFT LFT to be done also

It can be due to
Recent viral infection
Menstruation (rare)
Nutritional deficiency, particularly B12 or folate deficiency; this could also fit with the borderline-high MCV and increased RDW.
Medications — some antibiotics, anticonvulsants and other drugs can lower platelets.
Next Steps
If asymptomatic and no bleeding/bruising:
Repeat CBC and peripheral smear in 2–4 weeks.
If MCV remains elevated, check B12, folate, TSH and LFT.
