Hi sir I have the problem of anxiety and depression, recently low mood changes was severely
I'm always confused
Please help me which doctor to consult either psychiatry or physcologist

Consult with a psychiatrist first. U need medications and some blood tests( thyroid profile- FT4, TSH and may be some other tests if required after seeing clinically). Then if psychiatrist feels he himself can teach u relaxation exercise and other techniques. He may refer to a psychologist also if he feels so. Short course of medicine will help u along with counselling and therapy

It will be better to go for Prime consultation with psychiatrist, if after assessment there seems to go for a psychotherapy or councelling, he will surely refer you to an expert clinical psychologist. If u personally wants to go for councelling, always go for a clinical psychologist no one else.

Anxiety and depression can happen to anyone
It could be triggered even by work stress.
Causes mood fluctuations.
If it is minimal. Try relaxation technique. Breathing exercises.
Or consult a psychiatrist in person.
