Have good amount of carbohydrates, high biogical value any proteins and fat in your diet regularly...overall a well balanced diet will help in keeping and sustaining your energy levels through out the day...
Drink plenty of water daily and take these regularly such as buttermilk, coconut water, Barley water , sabooodana water and ORS if needed to combat with fatigue and weakness for sometime until your weakness compltgoes off...to such time consume all these foods day and regularly for some period...
