Most probably damage to lingual nerve, since it is 1.5 years old, chances of recovery are less, but still you use tab neurokind-od one a day for 3 months. And see for any difference.

It is unfortunate that you have lost your sense of taste post wisdom tooth removal. Although rare, Depending on the interaction of your wisdom tooth with your nerve, there is a small risk of nerve damage, which can cause pain or a tingling sensation and numbness in the tongue, lower lip, chin, teeth and gums. This is usually temporary, but can be permanent in some cases. This may be because of injury /trauma/ compression to the nerve either while extracting the tooth, during healing or else while giving local anaesthesia .
Next Steps
Take Neurobion Forte (1 tablet daily) for atleast a few months. It can help improve nerve function.
