For weight loss..please have more seasonal fruits and vegetables..more fiber in your diet, moderate biological value protein I,e especially plant based is very healthy, if non veg have fish and chicken only...no red meats..
Have complex carbs such as whole grain cereals, millets, bran, whole pulses etc..for daily consumption..
Keep portion sizes on check...have limited quantities of food..not more in quantity..
