I am not too obese, but looking to reduce 8-10kgs specially in the tummy area. What food routine I should maintain and what could be approximate duration this might take.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still need assured weight loss then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious
