Basically my front Teeth wiggle and they are bit loose. Should I be worried about it? Or is there any way to make them strong? My gums are ok

Well, it's a little too early in life to have teeth wiggle or be loose. Only after a through examination can one figure out whats leading to the teeth being loose. Visit a dentist as soon as possible to correct the problem
