It seems you had a prolonged gut infection that has now led to post-infectious irritable bowel and mild dehydration. The raised CRP and positive stool occult blood indicate inflammation in the intestines, but since stool culture was normal, it was likely viral or parasitic rather than bacterial. After several antibiotics, the normal gut flora gets disturbed, causing soft or mushy stools, bloating, and occasional cramps. Your mild back pain and side pain could be from muscle strain or small kidney stones. The HbA1c of 6.6 shows borderline diabetes, which can also slow gut recovery and increase dehydration risk. For now, stop all antibiotics. Take probiotics daily for 2 to 3 weeks, drink plenty of fluids with electrolytes, and eat soft home food like rice with curd, dal, and banana (not more than one). Avoid spicy or oily foods for a few days. A stool calprotectin test can help confirm if any residual gut inflammation remains. Do not worry, most people recover fully within 2 to 3 weeks once digestion stabilizes and hydration improves. For clarity and proper management, an online consultation will help.

There are many good Doctors in your area. I don't find anything odd in all your prescriptions. Please stick to your Doctor. I can't give assurance that you will be completely fit by his treatment. But  no truthful Doctor on Tele-consultation also be able to give that kind of assurance.
