I have started semi solid food to my son i have given mashed dal apple pure mango puree but now he started loose motions greenish and yellow seedy potty and rashes also. He is on fm exclusively. After every feed he did potty ..Is this allergy. Requires any medication?

Some babies develop diarrhoea at 6 months during complementary feeding.
w/f decreased urine/ decreased oral intake.
As long as baby is active, no need to give any medicines.
