SGPT 51 , Fatty Liver Grade I already changed my diet from last 13 days after my diagnosis. Also taking Ursoild, vitamin e and metformin for pcod. Thank you please share your reviews on the report

Your reports are reassuring - SGPT 51 is only mildly raised and Grade I fatty liver is an early, fully reversible stage. In PCOD this happens because of insulin resistance, so the diet change you started plus metformin are exactly the right treatment; Ursodiol and vitamin E give only limited extra benefit here.

Change life style n diet plan drastically first. UDILIV 300 two times after food for 1 month. Liv 52 one at night for 1 month. Ursolid is UDILIV.  Gall bladder polyp to be removed by laproscopic surgeon.

Continue same. Take tab Rosuvastatin 5mg daily after dinner for 4 to 6 works, then repeat ultrasound.
