One week of knee pain with temporary relief from Moov could be ligament strain, early arthritis, or vitamin deficiency. Get X-ray of the knee and blood tests: Vitamin D, uric acid, ESR. Avoid squatting and climbing stairs for now. Diclofenac gel is better than Moov for pain relief.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo with your reports for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

I would suggest if moov is not helping out, than it’s not been effective in reducing inflammation which is causing you the pain. It could have been caused due to sprain or any other causes which cannot be evaluated further without proper examination and tests.
Next Steps
You could try over the counter anti inflammatory medication, with immobilisation using crepe bandage and ice pack for 1-2weeks.
Health Tips
Do use a gastric medication along with pain killers and if further improvement not seen do visit your nearest healthcare centre for proper evaluation. Thanks.

Likely early OA/soft tissue strain — needs clinical exam, not just topical rub
Next Steps
X-ray knee (AP/lateral); oral NSAID 3-5 days if no contraindication; avoid squatting/stairs till pain settles
Health Tips
If swelling/redness/warmth/fever develops, see doctor urgently (rule out septic arthritis)
