Knee cap for running

I am suffering from ACL sprain grade 1 and patellafemoral pain syndrome . If I run using knee cap, will it makes my knee muscle weak or it's better if I run without knee cap

Chiropractic adjustment will help. Quadriceps exercise Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube ornormal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

If you have ACL grade one ,you must start ACL rehab Asap,ask your physiotherapist to re train VOM and hamstring strengthening. Don't run until you 12 week rehab is complete as you are on risk of increasing tear grade .One twist at run can increase you problem. Have visco neoprene brace specially for ACL injury for  safety while walking. Until your muscles are strong doing physiotherapy
