Isabgol with warm water immediately??
Do I need to take isabgol with warm water at night immediately after mixing it. Till now I was letting it become thick coz everyone in my family told me so. I saw on Google that it should be taken immediately after mixing. I'm confused. How should I take it. Should I let it get thick or should I take it immediately??
It should be consumed immediately. It will become thick by the time it reaches lower intestines where it should be.maKing it thick before is not needed.
