Is this Diabetes or onset of diabetes?

This is a report of my mother. She had experienced blurring of vision and body pains from last few weeks. This is the result that came. Is she diabetic patient or is she on a stage where it can be prevented?

She is diabetic and she need to be on drugs , life style modification and get other test to rule out other complications of diabetes . U should get  , lft,kft lipid profile, blood sugar fasting  and post prandal , uacr, usg whole abdomen , ecg   .

She is a case of uncontrolled Diabetes. It has already affected her eyes. She must consult a General Physician who has link with a hospital. She should be admitted for a few days so that her antidiabetic treatment may be started. She will also need detailed investigations.

Hey, her HbA1c levels are high which suggests that she is diabetic. Diabetes can be controlled with appropriate measures. As she is complaining of blurry vision it is better to consult a ophthalmologist , as diabetes can cause eyes problems and kidney issues too.

Ya she is diabetic...follow medications from now onwards...to cure blurred vision and other prblms also..

Yes she has diabetes mellitus. She need to be started on medication. Usually diabetic patients will have problems with vision, kidney problems and are more prone to infections

Ideally insulin would be best. Need to screen for likely damage to eyes and kidneys. Oral medication is also available.
