Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite distressing for you. Please see a physician to rule out any medical causes of chest pain. You will benefit from consulting a psychiatrist and discussing in detail about how you are feeling. Treatment may consist of a combination of medication and psychological therapy depending upon the outcome of assessment. Thanks Regards Dr Ankita Mishra

Dear Practo user, greetings from Chennai! How old are you? You need to immediately consult a psychiatric doctor to rule out any underlying serious heart conditions and establish whether the chest pains are purely stress related. It appears like stress reaction due to prolonging family issues and your struggle to adjust to the stress situations.
Next Steps
See a psychiatric doctor who would rule out physical health issues and can give you anti anxiety medications which can help you in relaxing quickly and also counselling.
Health Tips
Practice stress management. Deep breathing or abdominal breathing , body scan, yoga meditation etc

It could be anxiety, but better to rule out other possibilities as well. Please seek a visit to a doctor and get it checked.
