Yes, Moringa is a good food which is very effective in gout treatment. It is best consumed in the powder form. You can make tea with it, or add it in your smoothies, and can also sprinkle the powder on your salads. Avoid purine rich foods. Specially, animal protein sources are high in purine. Pulses, spinach and peas also contain some amount of purine, so they should also be avoided. Include other sources of protein like milk and other dairy products and millets like ragi, amaranth, bajra, etc. in your diet.

Only moringa is not going to help you out in bringing uric acid to its normal levels. Take plenty of water & citrus fruits. Reduce protein intake in your diet especially Animal protein. Stop smoking and hard drinks if any. Physical activity must for atleast 40-50 min everyday. Reduce weight if Overweighted & be in the Ideal weight category. Sleep quality must be there for 6-7 hrs min. Keep the stess at bay. For more details & personalised guidance contact directly.
