Is it fine to eat fig fruit at night? Are there any side effects of fig if eaten at night like cold? What are the major side effects of fig?? How much fig fruit should be eaten per day???

Hello dear Yes you can have . Unless you don't have any problems after having this fruit. Everything you can have but in our psychological mind there are many myths we cannot have fruits I'm night or cannot have curd in night . This all myth have to be deleted from the mind
