Include cooked green leafy vegetables about 100g a day and 200g homemade curd in you diet . 8hrs of sleep is must and deep breathing (5deep breaths/2 times a day) , follow this for a month and update if you situation improves . Avoid outside food, fried and oily food . A more detailed plan is highly recommended, if possible connect with me or a dietitian near by for quicker relief . You could follow my profile on social media for more diet and nutrition tips.
