Hi doctor Can I start intermittent fasting? Baby is 2yrs breastfeeding stopped completely It's safe or not intermittent fasting? How many days I can continue? It's lifelong process or not? Once I stopped means again gaining weight? Now I'm doing brisk walk 45mins Zumba 30mins Waiting for your answer I'm purely vegetarian

intermittent fasting only helps if you continue for too long time. its not possible for our current lifestyle so start eating food by every 3 hours but in very little amounts and variety of foods. if you want to do fast you can do this by every week once with the help of fruits only no fried food is allow
