Light headedness , pain , feeling pressure on ear and temples . Should I go for surgery to remove my Tooth or should wait for complete emerge itself . OPG REPORT IS ATTACHED ... kindly suggest .. thanks in advance

You feel pain on left or right aide???your left mandibular third molar is erupting in inclined position ......because of which it is damaging the second molar which also cause pain and that pain radiate to ear  also

There is no chance for the tooth to erupt by it's own in this age.Its better to remove the teeth if there is more pain .Do you have  more pain while you bend down or in supine position.?May be maxillary sinusitis..
