Is tooth visible inside your mouth, if it is it's easy to remove tooth. Need to check opposite lower wisdom tooth. If it is there need to check its position, is it creating any pressure on opposite side.. Cbct is personal choice.

Hi madam I think a good quality of x-ray and opg can help  you and the dentist as well to plan a surgery. Cbct I don't think so. First go for opg Or correct iopa x-ray with proper angulation. Regards Dr Parul Rai

If u r facing problems, Extraction is the only answer. CBCT is a personal choice of the dentist.

Cbct will give a 3 dimensional position of your tooth, especially since it's your wisdom tooth to determine the position with the maxillary sinus. It's often a choice for impacted teeth to better predict the how to remove the tooth and prevent any predictable complications
