Aamla/lemon/tulsileaves/ pepper / ginger/ are all immunity boosters .make a drink by boiling in water,and consume a glass of it everymorning in empty stomach.
Any vegetable with vit c boosts ur immunity.as potato,papaya,lemon,tomato,carrot,drumstick,long pepper,dalchini,pepper,cloves,ginger,.So food prepared by adding these,will have the immunity boosting property.
Time required to boost immunity depends on the general health of a person,power of digestion,etc.
On inference like frequency of falling sick, time toheal the wounds ....will decide the level of immunity.
So better take the food with vit C and then measure ur IGg levels.
