IBS and diet

I have been suffering from IBS-Constipation for the past 10 years. And I am also suffering from bulging disc in L5-s1. I have tried Ayurveda and physiotherapy but no use. Doctor told me that my back  muscle is weak and I need to build strong muscle to support my spine.  I heard that because of IBS, body will not be able to extract nutrients. Is this the reason, I'm unable to build muscle. If yes, whom should I consult?

Due to ibs at first take complete treatment for that like change ur eating pattern add planty of water ,change ur life style make time table of eating , do yoga , meditation and walk in ur daily routine life. Add juice , soup recipe n urvdiet take light food in dinner time like daliya , khichri .

Plan ur diet with less or no spice,min.oil, and eat only cooked vegetables and food. Chitrakaadi vati 1 tab twice a day after food. Bilvaadi gutika two ,twice a day. Buttermilk 200 ml perday.
