I want to loose weight quickly

My weight is 105 n 5'4 height.. I am very much obese. I can't control hunger. But I take small frequent meals And due to office work I am not able to go to gym. Is there any way to loose weight quickly. Or some surgery with safety and less expensive. Please help me out
