Hello, losing weight is something even I have struggled with. Diets are difficult to sustain and makes you hungry. But instead of trying medicines to lose weight do what I have done which has 100 per cent worked out for me.
When you lose weight you don't want to lose muscle weight you want to lose fat weight. So please join a gym and start working out. But instead of wasting time on treadmill and cross trainer (that is doing cardio) please do strength training by lifting weights. Once you develop good muscle strength all your fat will be gone. Also consume enough protein which will also build muscle.
Dieting will also cause you to lose out on micronutrients and cause body weakness, hair loss and all those effects which you don't want. So make sure to add
vitamin and mineral supplements to your food. Reduce quantity of food by restricting to less than 1500kcals, not more restriction than that.
Hope this helps. There is no magic to weight loss, you will face a lot of health issues if you do it in the wrong way. Looking good is important but being healthy is way more important than that.
