Hi Pooja It seems there are certain deficiency of vitamins, so get it checked. Increase intake of green leafy vegetables, vitamins C which you will get from lemon, amla, citrus fruits and vit D you take supplements for few weeks. Take full cream milk, curd, paneer, whole grains and sprouts etc. Have soaked 4-5 almonds, 1 walnut and few munakka first thing in the morning with a cup of milk. Relax and adopt mindful eating. Go for walk after sunrise daily.

Hi Just get it checked that do u have any nutritional deficiencies like vit d and vit b 12 Then start taking high protein diet and try to do some muscle training exercise to gain more of muscle

Go with cbp, may be low iron,  hemoglobin, or frequently got illness. Check reason. In generally can eat good amout of fat, protein and carbohydrates. Few sweet and fried food may help u to gain weight. Can eat aloo and banana in breakfast,  to know more personal diet charts plz consult with dietician. Buz in general diet and tips will not work on every body.go with specific diet chart...so with in next 5/6mnth u will get better weight gain. So plz visit neatest dietician. Thank u.
