I wanted I know that if that will affect my health in any way I am also drinking 4 to 5 litres of water everyday is there anything else I should check before using this. I don't have any medical condition or allergies. It has been only two days and there is side effects except increase in energy. Please guide me...

Creatine is a very well studied supplement. It is a relatively safe supplement with few side effects reported, 3-4g of creatine a day coupled with drinking lots of water is completely safe.
Health Tips
Creatine isn't recommended for people with kidney or liver disease, or diabetes.
