Make sure your diet is low in fat. The quality of fat should be understanding. Consuming good quality of protein specially white meat (lean portions) along with nuts and oilseeds (almonds, walnuts, chia seeds and flax seeds) can be included (5 grams / day- daily intake)
Practice exercises and yoga like sarvangasana, bhujangasana, pranayam, jogging and walking. Also ensure to include plant based milk and it's products like almond milk, rice milk, oats milk and restrict animal milk
