Excessive fat in my thighs and hips. I hv fone do many exercise but nothing worked now I am approx 70 kg but my height is 5ft 1 inches.really want good treatment advise.
Take high fiber low fat diet.
Do regular exercise like crunches and pushups .
take plenty of water everyday.
