I got sprain in my ankle and it has swollen. Its paining a lot. What to do please help i have applied ice. please help

Hi, apply ice and crepe bandage, keep limb elevated, get a xray done to rule out any fracture. Take painkiller on sos basis.  Visit an Orthopaedician if pain or swelling worsens. Take care
