If you have no symptoms with high Haemoglobin, no problem. You have prediabetes,  cut down sugary fatty food, do regular physical exercise and relax adequately.  Repeat Hba1c after 3 months and share results.

Your reports are unusual Very dilute urine (low Sp gravity) and high Hb. Do the following, 1. Blood tests: Calcium, KFT, LFT and Osmolality 2. Urine test: Osmolality and Sodium (electrolytes) 3. Try to get an idea of how many litres of urine you produce in 24hrs (1 whole day) All the best. WWW.JGSR-HEALTH-EDUCATION.IN

Your vitamin D levels are slightly deranged. Which is quite common in indian population. Improve your diet like vitamin d enriched fortified milk, egg yolk. You should take Vitamin D3 60K sachet once weekly for 6 weeks. Also haemoglobin levels are raised. Which is also vuasing your hematocrit to rise. If its symptomatic for example problems like itching, dizziness. Blood donation once in a while can help.
Next Steps
If patient is symptomatic. They can can consider for further evaluation and consultation.

Let’s interpret your key findings:
Next Steps
For high hemoglobin: ✔ Repeat CBC after 4–6 weeks ✔ Ensure proper hydration before test ✔ If still high → check: • Serum EPO • Oxygen saturation • Sleep history (snoring?) • Smoking status If hematocrit goes >52–54% persistently → further evaluation required. ⸻ For Vitamin D: Take: • Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks Then: • Maintenance 60,000 IU once every month Recheck after 3 months. ⸻ For LDL: ✔ Reduce fried food ✔ Increase fiber ✔ Exercise 30–40 mins daily ✔ Repeat lipid profile in 3 months No statin needed at your age unless other risk factors exist.
Health Tips
✔ Continue whatever lifestyle helped reduce HbA1c ✔ Maintain healthy weight ✔ Avoid smoking (if applicable) ✔ Sleep 7–8 hours ✔ Do moderate cardio regularly ✔ Get morning sunlight exposure Right now, nothing looks alarming. This is more of a metabolic fine-tuning situation rather than disease. If you tell me: • Do you smoke? • Do you snore heavily? • Do you go to gym intensely? I can help narrow down the cause of raised hemoglobin more precisely. If you’d like a structured prevention plan to optimize cholesterol, vitamin D, and hematocrit together, booking an online consultation will help you stay ahead of long-term risks rather than reacting later.

There is slight difference in your reports but can be manageable with lifestyle changes. Might be boring to follow but when actually follow those instructions you will see the difference. Please give yourself time for some physical activity, any physical activity not simply jogging any physical activity you like .
Next Steps
Please do consult your doctor.
Health Tips
Lifestyle changes, these words may sound big but these are small changes you can easily followed with a little bit of motivation.
