My husband was smoking marijuana for 25+ years he left smoking for almost 7 months now...he is suffering from high bp and his pressure is 170/117.What kind of medication and dietary habits change need to be done to reduce this

Regular no monitoring with medications, low salt fibre rich fat free diet is advisablealong with walking and good sleep. Do let me know what medicines he is already taking so that I can suggest accordingly

Please get checked by a proper physician nearby,and if possible a counselling may be needed. As such for the present situation ,he can take Saraswatarishta two tsf twice a day. Manasamitravataka two tab at bedtime. Brahmi vati one tab in the morning. All after food. Can consult online thru practo.
