Iam 50year old woman suffering from hypertension since 10years i use to take prolomet xl50 but since last 1 year doctor suggested to take prolomet xl50 in morning, olmezest 20 and cilacar10mg in the evening My bp usually below 135/90mmhg at night but in day time it use to be below 145/90mmhg My echo Mitral valve thickened Mild MR Cvh All others are normal Last 4days iam suffering from fever cold and cough my bp is fluctuating from 145/90 to 160/100mmhg Please any suggestions
