I bought himalaya ashvagandha tablets i want what is the dosage of tablets. When should take ashvagandha tablet? And how? How many tablets per day?

Himalaya Ashwagandha tablets are good for immunity. Take 2 tablets 2 times a day with half cup luke warm milk in the morning and at sleeping time. Can continue for 3 months.
