You need to follow a couple of tips - Exercise every alternate day (not daily) - Include more weight training (under strict supervision) than cardio - Eat a proper pre (before work out) and post (after work out) meal - Pre and post work out meal should be a combination of carbs and protein - Follow a 8 meal pattern - Eat small but frequent meals - Do not eat heavy or junk food as it will keep you full for hours and end up with you skipping your next meal
Next Steps
- For muscle building to occur ensure you get 7- 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night - Include good quality protein in your diet - Manage stress with deep breathing and meditation
Health Tips
- You are still growing and will continue to grow till the age of 21. So stay persistent with your efforts - For a detailed diet plan kindly contact me online via practo consult.
