Hi
First and foremost the timings of your meals to be changed a bit..
You should not skip breakfast as breakfast is the first and prime meal of the day..and the amount of energy in the form of calories that comes from breakfast will help you for the rest of the day..for performing many activities etc..
So the first meal should be rich in quality as well in quantity..for boosting metabolism..
So it's always recommend to have breakfast or any meal for that matter should be of high nutritional value ..and as and when you complete breakfast stroll (Walk slowly) a while instead of sitting at one place ..and then you can resume back to your daily chores..
Upon rising have a glass of lukewarm water on empty stomach, can also have soaked almonds, walnuts or any dry fruits..
If you are taking brunch the timing should be in between 10 to 11 or 10:30 to 11:30 am and not more than that..
As brunch is the meal in between breakfast and lunch..so the timings should be as mentioned above..if possible..
Note :. Brunch is not something that's taken at 12:30 pm..when is then called as lunch..
As lunch timings are inbetween 12 pm to 2pm..and not more than that...
