As u are supposed to travel outside india within a week you should immediately consult a dentist to check the extent and depth of cavity. In case if it is a deep lesion then an xray will be needed to verify that the pulp is involved or not.

Most filling procedures are generally painless and can be completed in a single appointment. In other cases your dentist might choose to do the filling after giving local anesthesia. Please visit your dentist

Please go for a dental check up to determine the extent of damage to the tooth.A dental Xray also might be needed if cavity is deep.Filling of teeth is usually not painful and that also can be done under local anaesthesia if you want complete pain free experience.Root canal treatment is also done under local anaesthesia so there may be slight discomfort post anaesthesia wears off.Any dental treatment requires time,so visit the dentist soon so they can be of some help for you.

As u are travelling abroad so better get it done here in India.Coz dental treatment is v .expensive outside India. Your dentist might take xray of concerned tooth to rule out the depth of cavity. If its not deep then simple filling can be done after which it should be fine.Happy journey n keep smiling.

Hello; If the cavity is not deep, you will not have any pain during the procedure. If it is deep they can perform the procedure under local anaesthesia so that you are comfortable. Regards DR SUMAN MAKAM

Based on the description of your problem, it is difficult to say whether this tooth will require only a filling or root canal treatment..... the dentist who performs a clinical examination will be the best judge in this case and you should not delay that visit.... Regards....

Hi , as u are supposed to travel outside india within a week you should immediately consult a dentist to check the extent and depth of cavity. In case it is a deep lesion then an iopa xray will be needed to verify the fact that pulp is involved or not. There are different stages of caries progression ,before it gets too deep you are advised to immediately consult a nearby dentist since there is huge diff.in cost of treatment in india and abroad. My advice to you will be don't delay and get the filling done ,it's always better late than never.

Hi. Please understand the treatment before concluding to filling .. A hole in a teeth can be solved only when it is checked thoroughly. Painless treatment can be done in most cases. But when problem is deeper .. pulp tissue is involved, pain can be varying. Get a check up done..
