High CRP level, Low B12 elevated LIPID
Hi
Recently I got whole body tested with corporate package and got Low B12 (111) level. I got elevated lipid profile and also High CRP level. I also got high level of alkaline phosphates in LFT (135). KFT shows little decrease in urea level and increase in chloride level(108). Do I need to consult with doctor. Reports are attached for reference.

Your lipid profile is worrisome. With triglyceride more than 200, you should start Tab Atorvastatin 10 mg od and do life style modifications like daily exercise, avoiding oily food, red meat etc.
Repeat lipid profile test after 1 month.

Low urea and bun may be because of dehydration try to hydrate well with plenty of fluids daily
For elevation in triglycerides medicine can be started and along lifestyle and diet changes medication can be tapered accordingly
