High cholesterol and triglycerides

Please suggest medicine and diet .As I stay in the hostel, the food is a bit spicy,and my sleep is not proper.I get up at 7am and go to sleep at 12am. I have a bit of stress due to work pressure.Give give a diet chart.My height is 5ft and weight is 52kg.

Hi, Hope you are doing well. Based on what you have provided I would strongly advice you to start the following A regular calorie counted diet Aerobic exercise (walking, jogging, running, swimming etc) - 30 mins a day for 5 days a week. Start slow Avoid alcohol and smoking Do not panic over your reports. It's all right. Check your fasting sugars and blood pressure once Repeat the reports only after 3 months. The sample has to be a fasting sample (8 hours of no food, basically after you wake up give a morning sample) You don't directly need medicines to control this. Don't fall for that. Do consult for better information

Consult a dietician for diet chart. Meanwhile  in your diet include more of green vegetables,  fresh fruits  whole grains  nuts, fish( if you take non veg,) Stay acive physically. Take tablet omeprazole 20mg daily before breakfast for abt 15days.[
