Hello I am struggling with low platelet and WBC count from last 2 months. Have taken platelet transfusion and am currently on Wysolone 20mg from last 7 days with no effect. My bone marrow test results are normal. Want to know what could be possible causes. Regards Lakshmi

This problem is due to the viral infection.
