Help in weight management

Hello, I'm 26, with PCOD/PCOS, and a tendency to gain weight quickly. Previously (7 years back), I lost 12 kg in 3 months with a local dietitian, but after 5-6 years of fluctuating weight, I've gained back to 70-71 kg due to my sedentary lifestyle, overworking hours, hyper-eating from anxiety, and health issues like tummy fat, cervical spondylitis, and muscular migraines. Currently, I'm limited by migraine, vertigo, and cervical spondylitis, preventing exercise. My goal is to lose 10-15 kg, as recommended by my doctor. I seek personalized guidance considering PCOD/PCOS, exercise adaptations for my limitations, and strategies for managing anxiety-induced eating.

Eat warm, filling meals like soups, stews, and roasted vegetables to stay full and boost metabolism. Use spices like cinnamon, ginger, and turmeric to help digestion and reduce inflammation. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables like oranges, carrots, and leafy greens to support PCOS. Drink warm herbal teas (like ginger or green tea) to help digestion and control cravings. Drink warm water with lemon to stay hydrated without feeling cold. Do indoor exercises like chair yoga or walking on a treadmill to avoid strain on your body. Include healthy fats like nuts, seeds, and makhanas ( dry roasted- 20 pcs) for energy. Make sure your room is warm for better sleep, which helps with weight and health. Have warm breakfasts like oats with fruits and nuts (almonds and walnuts grinded powder) to stay full longer.
