I have started jogging in morning to reduce my weight. I jog for 2.5kms and walk upto 3kms. I am developing heat boils/pimple like on my thighs and also at back of my knee. I drink around 1litre After jogging. Please suggest what i should do to avoid this kind of heat rashes due to jogging.
