You should visit a physician or cardiologist for proper physical examination and treatment. Just writing a message is not going to help.

Your symptoms suggest a combination of elevated triglycerides and possible anxiety-related palpitations, which may need to be addressed on two fronts: cardiovascular and mental health. 1. Triglycerides: With a level of 351, lifestyle adjustments are essential. Reducing saturated fats, refined carbs, and sugary foods can make a significant difference. Adding heart-healthy foods like fatty fish (e.g., salmon, mackerel), flaxseeds, chia seeds, walnuts, and olive oil can help. Whole grains (like oats and quinoa) and high-fiber foods such as lentils, chickpeas, fruits (especially apples and berries), and vegetables (like broccoli and carrots) are beneficial. Regular physical activity, even a brisk 30-minute walk daily, can help bring down triglyceride levels. 2. Palpitations and Anxiety: Feeling a heightened heart rate and anxiety might relate to stress, anxiety, or panic disorder. Psychological counseling, stress management techniques, and, if needed, short-term medication for anxiety can offer relief. For a detailed plan tailored to your specific needs, it would be best to consult me directly for a thorough evaluation.
